Public Safety Committee

The City Council's Public Safety Committee is charged with reviewing public safety issues, including City of Santa Cruz policies and procedures and the Independent Police Auditor function.

Meetings, Agendas & Minutes

Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of January, March, May, August, and October at 4:00 p.m. in Council Chambers (until further notice) to discuss public safety topics. Additional meetings may be scheduled on an as-needed basis.

Please Note: March 26, 2025 Meeting is Rescheduled to April 30th at 4:00 pm.
