Non-residential Demolition Authorization Permit to demolish an existing commercial building, a Density Bonus request to exceed height and Floor Area Ratio and reduce setbacks, and a Special Use Permit, Coastal Permit, and Design Permit to construct a six story, mixed-use building with 233 Single Room Occupancy (SRO) units and 2,618 sq. ft. of ground floor commercial space on a parcel located in the RTC/CZ-O/FP-O (Tourist Residential Beach Commercial/Coastal Zone Overlay/Floodplain Overlay) zone districts and Beach and South of Laurel Area Plan.
A community meeting is required pursuant to the City's Community Outreach Policy for Planning Projects, and the feedback provided may contribute to alterations in the project design and additional project entitlements. Meeting information will show here once available.
