Indoor Facilities

Plan your special meeting or seminar at one of the City of Santa Cruz Parks and Recreation Department's many facilities. For groups as small as 10 or as large as 2,000, a facility that suits your reservation needs. Select a facility, complete the application process and we look forward to serving you!

How to Reserve

  • Select facility (See facility information below).
  • Confirm availability online or via phone for some facilities.
  • Reserve the space: By phone Monday - Friday, by mail or in person.
  • Full payment must be made by Visa and MasterCard.

Facilities

Civic Auditorium

307 Church Street (up to 2,000 capacity)

The Civic Auditorium has four conference rooms for groups of 10 to 75 and a main hall that seats 2,000! Centrally located, full kitchen facilities, ample parking; professional sound and lighting, and an experienced staff make the Civic an excellent choice for your next meeting or seminar.

London Nelson Community Center

301 Center Street (235 seating capacity)

Groups from 10 to 235 people are accommodated in the London Nelson Community Center's meeting rooms and classrooms. Centrally located with accessible parking.

Harvey West Clubhouse

326 Evergreen Street (90 seating capacity)

Located in Harvey West Park, the Clubhouse is a quiet retreat for your class or meeting. The Clubhouse has a kitchen, wet bar, fireplace, plenty of counter space and restrooms and parking close-by. Projector Screen available upon request.

Harvey West Scouthouse

326 Evergreen Street (62 seating capacity)

Adjacent to the Clubhouse, this lovely room features a small kitchen and wet bar for refreshments, deck area, and restrooms (shared with Clubhouse). With a high ceiling, wood paneling and wood floors, this room is a pleasant spot for any gathering.

Prices listed include breakdowns for City and Non-City residents. Day rates are available depending on facility. An additional hourly rate may be charged for each hour in excess of the day rate for some facilities. Parking fees are not included in facility reservation fees; metered parking will be enforced.
