Jessie Street Marsh

Project Overview:
The Jessie Street Marsh Wetland Enhancement and Trail Project includes the planning, design, permitting, and construction of wetland and flood management improvements in the southern portion of Jessie Street Marsh, along with an ADA-accessible, interpretive trail connecting from Lemos Avenue to East Cliff Drive.
This initiative is one of three City-led projects supported by NOAA’s Climate Resilience Regional Challenge—a grant awarded to a coalition of 21 partners working on climate resilience efforts in coastal communities throughout the Monterey Bay region.
